SAARC Nationals Applying for PhD Programmes Through Direct Mode

• Passport size photo
• Scanned Signatures
• Photo Id issued by any government agency
• One of the following whichever is applicable:
  • National Fellowship Offer Letter
  • Proof of Funds by any Government agency for pursuing PhD
  • NOC form the employer (Format of NOC)
• Degrees / Certificates / Mark-Sheets of Educational Qualifications
• Short CV (Optional)

Non- SAARC Nationals Applying for Master as well as PhD Programmes 

• Passport size photo
• Scanned Signatures
• Photo Id issued by any government agency
• Degrees / Certificates / Mark-Sheets of Educational Qualifications
• Short CV (Optional)

 

Note: Each document should be of maximum 100 KB. The format of Photo and Scanned Signatures should be png / jpg while for other documents it should be PDF.
